Section 144 is applicable in 12 districts of Chhattisgarh, strictness is being exercised in the Containment Zone, seals are being done in high-case areas.

Here in the capital Raipur, the areas where more cases are found have been declared as container zones. At the same time today, strict vigilance is being done in those areas. Along with this, where more patients are getting, those areas are being barricaded and sealed.

Section 144 has been imposed in Mungeli, Durg, Rajnandgaon, Raigad, Gorela-Marwahi-Pendra, Kondagaon, Narayanpur, Korba, Jashpur, Raipur, Surajpur, Kawardha, Koriya districts. After the implementation of Section 144, no more than five people will be able to stand together in public places. Also, a fine of Rs 500 will be imposed on those who do not apply masks.
