In West Bengal, BJP is not taking the names of the incidents of attacks on leaders. Now BJP leader Feroz Kamal Ghazi has been attacked. Feroze’s car, known as ‘Babu Master’, was attacked by a crude bomb on Saturday (February 13, 2021). This attack happened while he was going towards the capital Kolkata. Ghazi is one of the leaders who have left the Trinamool Congress (TMC) and joined the BJP in recent times.
He is considered one of the influential leaders of local level in Basirhat. This area falls in the North 24 Parganas district. He was attacked when he was passing through the Basanti Highway under the Minakha police station. He has been admitted to a private hospital in Kolkata. The state unit of the BJP has alleged that the attack was carried out by TMC goons. BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari went to the hospital to meet him.
He said that his friend Babu Master has been brutally attacked by the criminal elements of TMC. He said, “I am certain that you must have seen the pictures of this attack.” Do not give up! It only shows the desperation of the Trinamool. ” Ghazi has suffered deep wounds in this attack. His car was first stopped at a speed breaker, then attacked with crude bombs.
Amit Malviya, president of BJP IT cell and co-incharge of the party in West Bengal, said that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is also the home minister of the state, so she will remain silent on this incident like other such incidents. It was poured hot water on the BJP workers 1 day earlier, causing injuries on their skin. These incidents happened around Amit Shah’s Bengal tour.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah has said that the government will move towards implementation of CAA as soon as the work of the Kovid-19 vaccine campaign is completed. He said this while addressing a rally in Matua, Bengal. At the same time, in the India Today Conclave, he had claimed that BJP would form the government by winning more than 200 seats in Bengal. He assured that the CAA would not affect the citizenship of Indian minorities in any way.
