Earlier, stamp duty up to seven per cent had to be paid by the registry on stamps of five thousand rupees. After this decision of the Yogi government, the registry will be done on a stamp of only five thousand rupees. Apart from this, the processing fee of only one thousand rupees will have to be paid. According to the information, the Yogi government will bring parents, husband-wife, son, daughter, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, real brother, real sister, grandson, grandson and grandson inside the family.
Till now these people had to pay stamp duty. For example, if the value of a property is 50 lakh rupees, then at least 4 lakh 20 thousand rupees had to be spent for its registry, but now with the new decision of the government, this work It will be done in just 6 thousand rupees.
