Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday inaugurated a 200-bed super specialty hospital in Bhuj, Gujarat. PM Modi dedicated KK Patel Super Specialty Hospital to the nation through video conferencing. This 200 bedded hospital has been built by Shri Kutchi Leva Patel Samaj. It is known that this is the first charitable super specialty hospital in Kutch. During his address on the occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that better health facilities are not limited to the treatment of diseases, they promote social justice. When a poor is able to get cheap and best treatment, then his faith in the system is strengthened. In his address, with reference to the fast growing medical facilities in the country, Prime Minister Modi said that medical colleges should be constructed in every district of the country. Be it the goal of making medical education accessible to all, the country is going to get a record number of new doctors in the coming 10 years. Ayushman Bharat Digital Health Mission will increase the facilities for the patients. Modern and critical healthcare infrastructure is being extended to the district and block level through the Ayushman Health Infrastructure Mission. Lakhs of crores of rupees are being saved every year for the treatment of poor and middle class families due to Ayushman Bharat Yojana and Jan Aushadhi Yojana. Ayushman Bharat Digital Health Mission will increase the facilities of the patients. Through this mission, modern and critical healthcare infrastructure is being taken up to the district and block level. Leaving the devastation caused by the earthquake behind, the people of Bhuj and Kutch are now writing a new fortune for this region with their hard work. Modi said that this 200-bed super specialty hospital is going to provide affordable and best treatment to lakhs of people of Kutch. This is going to come as a guarantee of best treatment to our soldiers, families of paramilitary forces and many people in the business world. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be in Gujarat on a three-day visit on April 18, 19 and 20. During this, he will address more than three lakh women livestock farmers in Deodar of Banaskatha district. Apart from this, many new projects of Banasderi of Banaskantha will also be inaugurated. This visit of PM Modi to Gujarat is very important from the perspective of the state assembly elections to be held later this year.
