Like Kotegal, Vinay Singh is a public accountant. He is currently Senior Advisor to the Administrator for the US Small Business Administration (SBA). Cotegal is the Senior Advisor to the Administrator of the SBA, which works to provide organizational capabilities to better serve small businesses.
