You take the name of any state, what comes to mind first? If you take the name of Gujarat, Somnath, Dwarka, Statue of Unity, Rann of Kutch, such wonderful places emerge in the mind. If you take the name of UP, then many names like Ayodhya, Mathura, Kashi, Prayag, Kushinagar, Vindhyachal come up.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi further said that today the country is looking at tourism in a holistic way, in a holistic way. In today’s time, four things are necessary to increase tourism. First cleanliness- Earlier our tourist places, holy pilgrimage places were also unhygienic. Today Swachh Bharat Abhiyan has changed this picture. Another important factor in promoting tourism is convenience. Time is the third important aspect of increasing tourism. People want to cover maximum space in minimum time.
