26 February HDFC Mutual Fund has sold its 2.73 per cent stake in local search engine ‘Just Dial’ for about Rs 108 crore through open market transactions.
HDFC Mutual Fund, which holds 8.33 per cent stake in ‘Just Dial’, according to a regulatory notice, sold 2.73 per cent stake ie 16,90,653 shares through open market transactions.
These shares were sold on February 24, 2021. The deal is estimated to be around Rs 108.15 crore based on the weighted average price of the stock at Rs 639.60 on the day of sale. Post transaction, the share of HDFC Mutual Fund schemes in Just Dial stood at 5.60 percent.
