Mamta Banerjee’s family in cow smuggling: CBI notice to Abhishek Banerjee’s wife

Kolkata: The CBI has issued notice to the wife of Abhishek Banerjee, TMC MP and nephew of Mamta Banerjee, in the case of coal smuggling. The CBI team reached Abhishek Banerjee’s house on Sunday afternoon, giving notice to Abhishek’s wife Rujira Narula. It is being told that he may soon be questioned in this matter. On the other hand BJP has said that coal smuggling is just a hallmark, the Chief Minister’s family has also been involved in cow smuggling and has earned a lot of money from it.
Talking to a TV channel on the allegations related to Abhishek Banerjee, BJP general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya said, “The trucks used to extract coal everyday, which also went out. This is just a matter of coal smuggling, I also have evidence of how the money of cow smuggling has been transacted. In the coming time, he will also find out how the family members of the Chief Minister (Mamata Banerjee) used to earn money from cow smuggling.
