Prime Minister Narendra Modi has directed all the party MPs to construct 75 ponds in their respective parliamentary constituencies regarding the Amrit Mahotsav being celebrated to commemorate 75 years of independence. Addressing the BJP Parliamentary Party meeting at the Ambedkar International Center in New Delhi on Tuesday, Prime Minister Modi also gave a blueprint for the program to be run from the party’s foundation day, April 6 to April 14, to Ambedkar Jayanti. Addressing the meeting, Prime Minister Modi, referring to the extension of the period of Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana for 6 months, said, “The government is working for the welfare of the poor at the grassroots level and its information should reach all the people. The BJP respects the contribution of all the former Prime Ministers, so the government is also building a museum for the contribution of all the former Prime Ministers. Talking about the meeting, Union Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Arjun Ram Meghwal said that all the MPs expressed their gratitude to Prime Minister Modi in the BJP Parliamentary Party meeting for the decision to extend the period of Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana by 6 months. . Describing Prime Minister Modi’s address, Meghwal said that both the Prime Minister and National President JP Nadda instructed the MPs to organize various programs related to social justice from 6 April to 14 April, the foundation day of the party, Ambedkar Jayanti. Is. He said, “April 6 is the foundation day of BJP, April 11 is the birth anniversary of Jyotiba Phule and April 14 is Ambedkar Jayanti. Meanwhile, Ram Navami and New Year are also there. During this, all MPs have been asked to hold meetings at different levels regarding social justice, to take the work and achievements of the government to the general public and to hold press conferences in their respective constituencies.
An exhibition on the unsung heroes of freedom was also put up at the Ambedkar International Center outside the meeting place of the Parliamentary Party. Union Government Ministers and BJP MPs also visited this exhibition after the conclusion of the meeting. Speaking to IANS, BJP Rajya Sabha MP and National Spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi said that Prime Minister Modi has given a message that thousands of people have made sacrifices for the country in different parts of the country, which have not got proper place in the pages of history. This is an attempt to give proper place and respect to all of them. Taking a jibe at the opposition party, Sudhanshu Trivedi said that it is also a reply to those who consider history as the legacy of one person, one party and one ideology.
