Republic means government by the people for the people. The Constitution came into force in our country on 26 January in the year 1950, to commemorate which 26 January is celebrated every year as Republic Day. Now there is a need to attack the vicious circle of the country’s separatist forces and anti-nationals, there is a need to put an end to the conspirators like Sharjeel Imam who speak anti-national words while staying in the country.

Recently, the Delhi High Court framed charges against Sharjeel Imam on the basis of an FIR related to inflammatory speeches. The court said that Sharjeel Imam will have to face trial for the speeches given in December 2019. The court has considered those speeches inflammatory. Imam, who was a student of JNU, was accused of making alleged inflammatory speeches in Jamia area of Delhi on 13 December 2019 and Aligarh Muslim University on 16 December 2019.

On this, an FIR was registered against Sharjeel Imam under sedition and other sections.
Amidst the nationwide agitations against the Citizenship Amendment Act, a video of Sharjeel Imam giving provocative speeches in Jamia and Aligarh went viral on social media. Not only this, Sharjeel Imam gave a provocative speech in Shaheen Bagh and said that the chicken neck connecting the rest of India with the North East is a Muslim dominated area.

And if all the Muslims come together, then they can separate the North East from India. Now the time has come to bring such vicious people to the fore so that the people of the country understand the real meaning of the definition of nationalism, which ideology Thinks of the detriment of the country itself, thinks of the partition of India, destroying such thinking and forces will be a meaningful step for the country’s interest.
