Nationalism Always Empower People

This is the right time to boycott the pro-Pakistan elements

On 26 January, the Republic Day celebrations and the parade on the Rajpath were over. Then, around the Red Fort, there was an uproar and a group of farmers who opposed the agricultural law, started gathering in vehicles. Farmers were mobilized from many states especially Punjab in the name of tractor rally. Gradually, the disturbance on the Red Fort started taking a furious form. Seeing this, the disturbance had taken a terrible form and the demonstrators in the name of farmers moved towards the Red Fort and started climbing on its ramparts. Going a step ahead, some people climbed the flag pole to damage the tricolor and waved their religious flag there. It is shameful for a republic to have such a horrific incident on the occasion of Republic Day. This not only put India to shame at the international level, but the real purpose of the peasant movement was also exposed to everyone.

The police had to conduct a thorough investigation on this misdeed by the Khalistanis just to find out who raised the Khalistani flag above the national flag. Not that all Sikhs present there would agree with that action of Khalistanis! Despite disagreeing, no one raised any voice and did not reveal anyone’s name after that incident. This is the problem that the Sikh community has to address. There is no doubt that the purpose of Khalistani ideology is to instigate the Sikhs and to destabilize India at the social level. There is no doubt that the feeling of nationalism of the Sikhs towards India is unmatched. Now the problem here is that why does an ordinary Sikh who has nothing to do with Khalistani ideology keep silent after seeing such incidents?

For this reason, the spirit of Khalistanis wearing bigotry goes on increasing. Due to this, this ideology goes on getting deep in the society, which will not be difficult but impossible to deal with later. Not only this, it will increase social hatred and create opposition for the Sikhs. Today everyone says that terror has no religion but everyone is aware of the reality. Similarly, whenever there is talk of incidents that shame the country like Khalistan and Red Fort, a common patriot Sikh and his sect will be dragged into this discussion.
In such a situation it is necessary that the middle class Sikh should make himself aware against these fanatical Khalistanis. If this rotten apple remains in the basket and it is not removed, it will cause rotting of all the apples. India is a country where there are common standards for all sects and India is also a country where there are common standards for all anti-nationals and those who break India. Khalistani ideology is based on the fragmentation of the country, whose breath is coming from Pakistan.

The Sikh Gurus who gave their lives to protect their turbans, these Khalistanis are committing atrocities against the same sect. A common Sikh must reflect on this and come out directly or indirectly against such ideologues around him who are bent on defaming his sect all over the world. The dream of Khalistan is like a mirage for Khalistanis and they also know that it is just an illusion. But it can result in the whole sect having to suffer, as is the case with Islam today. Punjab and its Contribution to the Army
The home state of the Sikhs is often referred to as the Talwar Army of the Nation. Punjab comes second in the number of soldiers apart from officers serving in the army among all the states and union territories of the country. According to the data released by the Ministry of Defense, the number of army personnel in Punjab stood at 89,088 as of March 2021. It accounts for 7.7 percent of the rank and file of the military, even though it accounts for 2.3 percent of the national population.

Whenever there has been a person who has resorted to ostentation to defame Hinduism, he has to face the wrath of Hindus from time to time. In a recent example, the priest of Dasna temple, Yeti Narsinganand, gathered his followers by making provocative statements, but as soon as he was exposed to his ill-tempered mentality for the women ministers of the country, abusing Yogi Adianath, he got public anger. He had to face it and today he is irrelevant. Similarly, the same thing can be said for Ram Rahim.
