26 February (Language) RailTel Corporation of India shares were listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) with a 16 percent premium on Friday. Its issue price was kept at Rs 94 per share.
Although trading in the stock markets started in the sell-off today, RailTel’s stock started at Rs 109. It is 15.95 percent above its issue price.
On the BSE, the company’s stock was listed at Rs 104.60. Here it was at a premium of 11.27 per cent. With this the market capitalization of the company reached Rs 3,846.45 crore. The initial public offering of the telecom sector company was able to get 42 times more subscription.
